The food we serve are mostly local and organic production:
Bread and jams we serve are homemade.
Honey is from neighboring bees, a beekeeper provides us, like Iberian pork meat fresh.
Hams and cheeses we offer are all excellent products of the Sierra de Aracena. These examples are a sign of our commitment: quality natural and local levels.

95% of the hot water we consume comes from solar energy.
Heating and air-conditioning of the building is heat pump system Inverter.
We use energy saving light bulbs.
The thermal insulation of the building meets the standards of the Nordic countries.
Where possible we use local suppliers to minimize energy consumption in transport and thus the CO2 footprint.

Visual impact

Visual impact

In the construction of Finca la Fronda we did everything possible to reduce the visual impact:
The building is on one level and is covered with aged tiles. The pillars, arches and finials are clad in solid brick and the walls are painted in warm colors keeping the typical features of the local architecture.
